Nutri-Fit services are priced as follows:


  • 1 hour massage: £45
  • 1& ½ hour massage: £65 (3 treatments for £180 if paid for in advance).

No home visits for massages.

Nutrition Consultations

  • Initial consultation 60 minutes: £60
  • Follow–ups of 40 minutes: £25.

Personal Training Sessions

  • 1-2-1 sessions (1 hour): £40
  • Block of 5 sessions: £200 (buy 5 and get 1 free)
  • Block of 10 sessions : £400 (buy 10 get 1 free plus a ½ hour leg/back massage).

Pilates Sessions

  • 1-2-1 sessions: £40
  • Small groups (3-5 people): £12 per person for a block booking of 8 classes or more or £15 per person pay as you go.


  • 25 minutes: £30 per session with a free session of Chinese cupping
  • 5 sessions of 25 minutes: £150
  • 10 sessions: £300.

Home visits subject to an additional travel fee subject to distance traveled.

Cancellations fee of £15 is payable without at least 24 hours prior notice.
