Pilates

Sophia has spent the last 5 years attending pilates classes to improve her own technique before training as a pilates instructor in 2013 with Fitness Industry Education.

Sophia has spent the last year teaching group classes and 1-2-1’s in a studio setting as well as from her home in surrey.

Nutri-Fit pilates classes take an educational approach ensuring that all clients understand the purpose of each exercise along with the benefits they will gain from that exercise.  Sophia gives demonstrations for each exercise for beginners and as a reminder when required to ensure clients follow the correct technique helping them to get the maximum benefit.
