I had been suffering with Anorexia for over 5 years and been an inpatient to help treat my condition and help me to recover. My mother saw Sophia for regular massages and suggested that I see her for Nutrition. Thank-you Mum. Sophia treated me as an amazing individual, not an anorexic – I felt so elated after our initial consultation. Gradually with education, Sophia taught me the values of good nutrition, and how balancing nutrient intake enhances health on all levels. I learnt about superfoods, and not to fear foods that I had never tasted before. 3 years on I am just completing my primary school teacher training, which I never dreamed I would ever be able to do because of the hold my illness had on me. I believe Sophia has given me a new lease of life.
